No – absolute discretion is a fundamental requirement of our work. What is discussed in coaching remains confidential. Content, topics and conversation flows will not be shared with third parties, not even with the client. If the company is financing the coaching, only attendance and duration will be confirmed.
The complete ICF-certified Business Coach training costs €8,100. The amount is exempt from tax according to §4 No. 21a) bb) UStG – no VAT will be added. Payment in instalments is possible. The training lasts 12 months and takes place in parallel with professional activity in Cologne.
Yes, in many cases. Companies can claim business coaching as a tax-deductible training measure. If you wish, we can issue an offer addressed directly to your HR department or your supervisor. Please mention this to us during your initial consultation – we have experience in supporting such internal requests.
Yes – the training is explicitly designed for part-time study alongside employment. The in-person sessions take place on weekends, and the online units can be scheduled flexibly. Most of our participants are employed full-time. We recommend allocating approximately 4–6 hours per week for self-study and practical assignments.
The initial consultation is free of charge and lasts approximately 30 minutes – by phone or video. We listen, analyse your situation and suggest possible approaches. Afterwards, you can decide at your leisure whether and how to proceed. There is no obligation and no sales pressure.
